Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026Governing law: IndiaVersion: 1.0

This Cookie Policy explains how unoblox (unoblox.ai) uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices available to you. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1.Overview

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We aim to keep this minimal and to rely on strictly necessary technologies wherever possible.

2.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. “Similar technologies” include local storage, session storage, and pixels, which can store or read information on your device. Cookies may be session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them), and first-party (set by unoblox.ai) or third-party (set by another domain).

3.Cookies we use

CategoryPurposeCan you disable?
Strictly necessaryAuthentication and session management (keeping you signed in), security and fraud prevention (including CSRF protection and a random device identifier that lets us recognise a browser you have signed in from, so we can email you when someone signs in from a device we have not seen), load balancing, and remembering essential state. The Service will not function correctly without these. No — required to provide the Service.
FunctionalRemembering preferences such as interface and console settings, so your experience is consistent.Yes — some features may not work as expected.
AnalyticsUnderstanding aggregate usage and performance to improve the Service. On by default; configured to be privacy-respecting.Yes — switch Analytics off in Cookie preferences.

The specific analytics technology, where used, is Google Analytics 4, on by default with an opt-out. Other than Cloudflare’s own cookieless Web Analytics beacon described below, no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking script runs on this site. Analytics is on by default for every visitor and you can opt out at any time (see Analytics and measurement and Managing your choices below). We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; your IP address is anonymised, and we do not send Google any advertising signal. The usage totals, reports, and rankings shown on the site (for example on our rankings page) are generated server-side from first-party usage metadata — see Data retention in our Privacy Policy — never from a cookie or a third-party script.

Cloudflare, our edge/CDN provider, separately runs its own Web Analytics beacon (static.cloudflareinsights.com) on this site at the network edge, independently of the analytics consent choice above. It is cookieless — it does not use cookies, local storage, or similar client-side identifiers to identify or track you, and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Cloudflare describes it as collecting aggregate, non-identifying metrics such as page views, referrer, and page-load performance. It is a function of our CDN/edge-security provider rather than a technology this application chooses to load.

The third-party origins allowed to load a script on this site, enforced by our Content-Security-Policy, are Razorpay’s, for payment processing during checkout, Cloudflare Turnstile’s, for spam prevention on our contact form, Cloudflare Web Analytics’s beacon described above, and — unless you opt out of analytics — Google Analytics’s. Razorpay and Cloudflare Turnstile are never analytics or advertising technologies, and neither sets a tracking cookie. We do not use cookies to sell your personal data or for cross-site behavioural advertising.

4.Analytics and measurement

Analytics measurement is on by default for every visitor. You can opt out at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer.

  • Google Analytics 4 (processed by Google): pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, referral and campaign data, and a Google Analytics client id stored in a cookie. Your IP address is anonymised.
  • First-party measurement: an anonymous ub_anon cookie (180 days), campaign/UTM data, and sign-up, activation and top-up milestones, used to measure which marketing works. Top-up amounts (in ₹) are sent to Google for conversion measurement, with no personal identifiers.
  • Never sent to analytics: your email, API keys, prompts or responses.
  • Google Ads conversion measurement without personal identifiers; advertising storage and personalisation stay off.
  • Retention: Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our property (no more than 14 months); see our Privacy Policy.
  • Opt out: switch Analytics off in Cookie preferences, or use your browser’s cookie controls. It takes effect immediately and is remembered for 12 months. Account facts we record on our own servers for billing and fraud prevention (sign-up, activation, top-up) are not affected and are never shared with third parties for analytics.

5.Third-party cookies

Some functions rely on third parties that may set their own cookies when you use them — for example, our payments partner Razorpay during checkout, which uses cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention under its own policies, and — unless you opt out of analytics in Cookie preferences — Google Analytics, which sets its own analytics cookies and stops storing new data the moment you opt out. Those third parties are responsible for their own cookies; please review their notices for details.

6.Managing your choices

  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and break core functionality.
  • Cookie preferences: click “Cookie preferences” in the footer (or “Cookie settings” in the analytics notice) and switch Analytics off. You can switch it back on at any time.
  • Device settings: you can also manage some similar technologies through your device or operating-system settings.

7.Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond, we do not currently alter our behaviour based on DNT signals, beyond honouring the cookie choices you make with us.

8.Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of these technologies changes. The updated version takes effect on its “Last updated” date.

9.Contact

Questions about cookies can be raised with our Grievance Officer via our contact form.
