How billing works

1. Top-up: Add ₹500, ₹5,000, or ₹50,000 in credits from the dashboard. No annual contracts, no lock-in.
2. Usage: Every API call deducts tokens from your balance, metered to the token.
3. Invoice: At month-end, download a GST invoice with an input/output token breakdown by model.
4. Low-balance alerts: Your account flags you by email once your balance drops under ₹1,000, so a live workload doesn't get cut off without warning.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I get notified before I run low on credits, instead of checking manually?

Yes. Set a low-balance alert in Settings → Billing. Scheduled auto-recharge is on our roadmap; for now, top-ups via UPI, NEFT, or Razorpay take under a minute.

Q: Can I get a monthly invoice even if I haven't used all my credits?

Yes. Monthly invoices are automatic and list usage-to-date plus your remaining balance. GST is calculated on consumed tokens, not on purchased credits.

Q: Do you offer credit notes or refunds?

Unused credits are non-refundable but never expire. If you want to pause spending, simply stop topping up—your remaining balance stays valid.

Q: Is the invoice a legal document for accounting?

Yes. It's an official receipt from a GST-registered Indian entity, accepted by any Indian accountant or auditor, and usable for input tax credit if your business is GST-registered.
